Raised in Louisiana, Moe is a graduate of LSU and started his career working for the Bill Cassidy for Senate campaign in 2014 while still in college. He then went on to do grassroots work for Garret Graves for Congress, David Vitter for Governor, and was the Political Director for Billy Nungesser for Lt. Governor.
Soon after Billy Nungesser won the Lt. Governor’s race, Moe transitioned into digital and data, leading the digital fundraising programs for multiple national campaigns, PACs, and organizations as the Director of Digital Strategy at No Labels, the Director of Ad Operations and Strategy at Convergence Media, the Director of Digital at Velocity, and Project Manager at Majority Strategies.
